She may be in the thick of internal chaos, feeling stuck, carrying shame, guilt, self-rejection, or past burdens she was never meant to carry alone. She may also be carrying something else — flashes of her own brilliance, moments of self-love breaking through, a quiet knowing that more is available to her. She is not broken. She is ready. Ready for freedom, liberation, clarity, and the deep confidence that comes from finally living as fully, unapologetically herself. She is ready to stop surviving and start thriving.

  • The Journey invites you into a sacred space of remembrance — intentional, authentic, and welcoming. A space where I walk with you as your guide and companion.   • The Journey currently offers:

    INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

    • Single Transformational Coaching Session — $150. A 60-minute session for exploring a specific challenge, one-time support, or trying coaching before committing to a bundle.

    • Single Reiki-Infused Transformational Coaching Session — $175. A 60-minute coaching session with Reiki channeled throughout — for holistic transformation, energetic clearing, and grounding work.

    • Standalone Reiki Energy Healing — $100. A 60-minute distance Reiki session, silent or guided — for energetic clearing and grounding without coaching.

    BUNDLES

    • 3-Session Transformational Coaching Bundle — $400. Three 60-minute sessions for working through a transition, building new practices, and sustained support. Designed for 3-6 weeks at your preferred cadence. Payment collected upfront.

    • 6-Session Transformational Coaching Bundle — $750. Six 60-minute sessions for deep transformation, long-term support, and rebuilding from the ground up. Designed for 6-12 weeks at your preferred cadence. Payment collected upfront.

    • 3-Session Reiki-Infused Transformational Coaching Bundle — $500. Three 60-minute sessions with coaching and Reiki energy healing woven into every session — for holistic transformation from day one. Designed for 3-6 weeks at your preferred cadence. Payment collected upfront.

    • 6-Session Reiki-Infused Transformational Coaching Bundle — $950. Six 60-minute sessions with coaching and Reiki energy healing woven into every session — for deep, sustained holistic transformation. Designed for 6-12 weeks at your preferred cadence. Payment collected upfront.

    Some HSA and FSA plans cover transformational coaching services. Check with your provider to confirm your eligibility.

    All offerings are delivered via Zoom in a virtual 1:1 setting.

  • Reiki healing is offered as a standalone session or infused into transformational coaching sessions. In a standalone session, distance Reiki energy is sent to you — silent or guided, your choice. In a Reiki-infused session, energy is channeled throughout our conversation. In both, you may notice warmth, tingling, a sense of release, or simply a deep calm. We close with integration to help you absorb what came up. Every experience is unique and all of it is welcome.

  • The Journey begins with a single step, you'll schedule a complimentary 30-minute discovery call with me where you'll talk through where you are, where you want to go, and what working together could look like. Before our dialogue, you’ll complete a short self-inventory — a few intentional questions designed to meet you exactly where you are and surface what matters most right now.
